Stories Behind

Caicos Express Airways is a regional airline based in Providenciales, connecting communities across the Turks and Caicos Islands and nearby Caribbean destinations through scheduled and charter flights. What sets the airline apart isn’t just its routes — it’s the deep loyalty it has earned from the people of the Turks and Caicos. Caicos Express is genuinely loved on the islands, known for personal, attentive customer service and a reliability that residents and professionals depend on daily.

As the Caribbean airspace market grows more competitive, with new carriers and expanded routes drawing attention across the region, the airline needed a digital presence that matched the reputation it had already built on the ground.

With more travelers discovering the service, the team saw an opportunity to present their routes, charter options and booking information in a clearer and more welcoming way online, helping people understand their travel choices quickly and confidently.

The Journey

Caicos Express had strong public support but a digital footprint that didn’t reflect it. The airline’s story — its punctuality, safety record, personal touch and deep community roots — wasn’t being told consistently online. Meanwhile, competing carriers were investing in polished digital marketing across the same platforms and audiences.

The opportunity was clear: take what people already know and love about Caicos Express and bring that energy into a visible, modern digital presence that could grow the airline’s reach beyond its existing passengers and into new markets across the Caribbean.

Our Approach

We took on a complete revamp of the airline’s digital presence. Starting with social media management across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, we built a content strategy centered on what makes Caicos Express genuinely special: the warmth of the crew, the reliability of the schedule, the safety passengers trust, and the community connection that no larger carrier can replicate.

Short-form video became the primary content driver, capturing real moments — boarding, island arrivals, crew interactions, destination highlights — that feel authentic rather than produced. The tone is warm, proud and community-first, reflecting how the airline actually operates.

Beyond social, we are preparing a full rebrand launching in 2026, a new website, and a series of island guides that will position Caicos Express not just as a way to get between islands, but as a gateway to discovering the Turks and Caicos and wider Caribbean.

Results

The accounts have grown by thousands of followers across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, with strong engagement driven by community pride and authentic content. Passengers now tag, share and interact with the brand in a way that didn’t exist before — turning loyal customers into active advocates online.

Caicos Express now presents as a modern, confident airline that can compete in an increasingly crowded Caribbean market, while keeping the personal, community-driven character that made it a favourite in the first place. The digital presence finally matches what passengers have known for years: this is an airline that cares, shows up on time, and treats every flight like it matters.

With a new brand identity, website and destination content on the horizon, the foundation is set for the next stage of growth.
